Hi everyone,Two updates in the world of NL API extensions were released today. First, the Behavioral and Emotional Traits classifiers now support the German language. Hopefully our German friends will find this news to be wunderbar! Also, we’re excited to show you our new Temporal Information detection extension. What is temporal information you may be wondering? Basically, it’s data and information that is related to the measurement of time. Extremely useful time-based information is often buried within large volumes of text and unstructured data and the goal of this extension is to identify and extract this information. While identifying this temporal information can be immediately useful, this extension goes a step further and normalizes this information into a common time format, the ISO-8601 standard. This will make it easier for developers to take the temporal information and more quickly integrate it into their solutions. Now to the nitty gritty. What types of temporal inf

Dear Experts’ Community!Happy to share the registration of Webinar: "Hybrid AI: Unlock the business value of text data with next generation NLU"Machine learning-based AI has transformed our ability to learn insights from text and documents at scale – but learning is crippled without knowledge. Hybrid AI combines machine learning with symbolic AI to deliver learning and knowledge using the strengths of both techniques. The result is more natural language understanding (NLU) applications, developed faster, with greater accuracy, robustness and trust – i.e. greater business impact leveraging the data trapped in enterprise text and documents. Join expert.ai’s Chief Product Officer Luca Scagliarini and his guest speaker, Forrester Principal Analyst Kjell Carlsson, PhD, for a discussion about hybrid AI, how enterprises are leveraging it today, and the capabilities they need to drive broader AI-based transformation. Enjoy!Francesco Baldassarriyour friendly community manager <3

In this challenge participants will be asked to create applications which integrate analysis of sentiment and emotions of text and communications.Perhaps you could make an app which analyzes YOUR OWN sentiment and how you come across in your emails. Or maybe you could analyze how opinions have changed on various topics since the pandemic hit. Whatever you decide to do, we’re preparing to be blown away. Please head over to the DevPost landing page to get more information on the challenge, timing, and prizes, and to register to participate.
