Community or Support?

I was wondering when you would suggest I use community vs. support.  If I have an issue, should I come here first and ask a question or contact support for help?

welcome to our community! And Thanks for posting your question here!

Your is a good question: Community is born to be the “Knowledge Plaza” of everything related to Natural Language Processing and Understanding, including Computational Linguistic and Knowledge Engineering and Organization… not only related to technologies.


If you have an issue with one of products, as best practice the first step is to look for a solution here on the community: maybe, before you, another user had the same problem and the community was able to help already. If the issue you encountered does not appear already on our community, the suggestion is to post a question in the best category related to the product you are using and in which you encountered the problem: the other users of the community will try to support with a solution. 

Within members we also have multiple Experts/ employees who will be happy to support you when available.


Feel Free to navigate our Community and just find the best room which fits your question.
